Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or just manage your budget without eating boring food, we are going to use the real African ingredients already sitting in your kitchen—and don't you dare tell me your fridge is empty, because we both know there is a container of stew or some plantains hiding in there, so list what you have and let's get to work!
